UNFILTERED 7 MILE IPA
(Bitter, Grapefruit)+ 5.5/11
An “unfiltered” is a twist to our standard 7 Mile IPA brewed w/ Simcoe & Cascade hops w/ grapefruit. It is tropical & hoppy. The name comes from a stretch of beach in Jamaica near the town of Negril, a favored vacation spot.

MOSAIC DREAM IPA
(Fresh, Citrus, Hazy)* 5.5/11
An easy drinking IPA w/ citrus notes derived from the extremely hard to find Mosaic hops dry hopped for five days. While hoppy, it is not overwhelming & should satisfy any IPA neophyte or aged pro.

IVANPAH INDIA PALE LAGER*
Made w/ American, German & Vienna malts then generously hopped w/ select hops, this beer is a marriage between an IPA & a classic American lager w/ a pronounced malt profile showcasing a juicy IPA flavor. Named for a creek that runs through the Flint Hills & a family fishing spot.

FULL MEASURE ESB*
Full Measure Extra Special Bitter is a traditional English ale. Malt forward but w/ enough hop character to balance the flavor. Take a trip to a dark English pub with this beer!

ST. MARTIN’S MARKET PILS
(Slightly Sweet)* 5.5/11
Coming in April
Classic Bohemian Pilsner featuring Saaz hops. Slightly sweet w/ a biscuit-like malt character. An ode to the beer you would have drank at the Feast of St. Martin’s Market.

BAMBURGH CASTLE ALE
(slightly sweet, malty)*
A Northern English brownaAle, Bamburgh is brewed w/ pecans taking brown ale to the next level without overpowering the malt. The richness comes from the blend of Marris Otter, Biscuit, & Special Roast malts along w/ flaked oats for a creamy mouth feel.
Style: Northern English Brown Ale ABV: 5.4% IBU: 29
McCOOL’S IRISH ALE*
Traditional Irish ale made w/ caramel malt & roasted barley. Named for the famous Irish giant Finn McColl of Giants Causeway fame. Caramel aroma w/ a slightly sweet flavor that finishes w/ a touch of roasted dryness.
Style: Irish Ale, ABV 5.2% IBU 24
1865 BLACK STAG
(Malty, Sweet)+ 5.5/11
Germans working the trans-American railroad brought lager yeast w/ them but there are no cold caves in the American west to brew a lager; so they brewed at temperatures typical of an ale; thus, ‘steam ale’ was born. Although it is very dark, it is an easy drinking, full bodied beer.

THE MAD KING OKTOBERFEST

Oktoberfest, originating in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, is a 16 to 18-day festival held from mid or late September to the first Sunday in October and is popular the world over. Now it is doubly celebrated as Marchfest too. Prosit!

UNCLE PAUL’S NITRO STOUT
Named after a remembered family friend, an American stout is made w/ oatmeal. As are popular Irish stouts, it is gassed with nitrogen resulting in a creamy, wonderful beer.

This porter combines the taste of Alchemy coffee w/ vanilla to produce a beer just to drink or with a dessert.

1988 HELLES FROZEN OVER
(Crisp, Easy)+ 5/10
Helles is a southern German lager, popular throughout Germany, especially in the Munich region. Helles means “clear and bright.”. It takes up to 4 months to deliver this golden brew. Named for the KU 1988 National Championship Men’s Basketball team.

HOEGAARDEN BELGIAN WHITE
This Belgian wit is brewed w/ coriander, Belgian hard rock candy & sweet orange peel. Hoegaarden monks originated the style.

FOUNDING FATHERS TAVERN ALE
Culled from the recipes of George Washington, Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, a cream ale is a very light, smooth style reminiscent of the easy drinking Kölsch. This style of beer likely was served in public houses all over the northeastern colonies.
