UNFILTERED 7 MILE IPA+
(Tropical, Grapefruit) 5.5/11.5
An “unfiltered” is a twist to our standard 7 Mile IPA brewed w/ Simcoe & Cascade hops w/ grapefruit. It is tropical & hoppy. The name comes from a stretch of beach in Jamaica near the town of Negril, a favored vacation spot.

Brewed and dry hopped w/ hard to find mosaic hops. VERY easy to drink in all its hoppy goodness. A crowd favorite to be sure.

FULL MEASURE ESB* (toffee, biscuit) 5.5/11.5Full Measure Extra Special Bitter is a traditional English ale. Malt forward but with enough hop character to balance the flavor. Take a trip to a dark English pub with this beer! Style: English Pale Ale ABV: 5.2% IBU: 40

BAMBURGH CASTLE ALE*

A Northern English brown ale, Bamburgh is brewed w/ pecans taking brown ale to the next level without overpowering the malt. The richness comes from the blend of Marris Otter, Biscuit, & Special Roast malts along w/ flaked oats for a creamy mouth feel.

McCOOLS IRISH ALE 5.5/11.5
Featuring an approachable lower hop bitterness which rests easy on the palate, this amber-colored beer has a medium caramel malt sweetness. Named after the giant who saved Ireland, Finn McCool.

UNCLE PAUL’S NITRO STOUT* 6/12.5
A traditional American stout named after a dearly departed friend. Oatmeal makes it smooth and gassed with nitrogen as are popular Irish stouts. The result is a creamy, wonderful beer.

A porter with a kick made with Ghana chocolate, chipotle peppers from Madagascar and cherry wood smoked barley. A fan favorite in time for cold weather. Featured in Athletic Magazine, a national publication.

ST MARTIN’S BOHEMIAN PILSNER* (clean, crisp) 5/10.5A Czechoslovakian beer brewed with noble hops reminiscent of the original Pilz Urquell. The style was given to the world at St. Martin’s Market, Pilsen, Czechoslovakia, 1842. 9 of every 10 beers brewed worldwide today are based on the original recipe Style: Czech Bohemian Pilsner. ABV: 5.5% IBU: 20
MT BLUE BELGIAN WHITE+ (orange, spiced) 5.5/11This Belgian wit is brewed w/ coriander, Belgian hard rock candy & sweet orange peel. Hoegaarden monks originated the style. Style: Belgian Wit ABV: 5.8% IBU: 15
FOUNDING FATHERS TAVERN ALE
Culled from the recipes of George Washington, Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, a cream ale is a very light, smooth style reminiscent of the easy drinking Kölsch. This style of beer likely was served in public houses all over the northeastern colonies.
Style: Cream Ale ABV: 4.8% IBU: 10
(citrus, hint of salt) 6.5/13.5
The proper pronunciation is gose-uh (rhymes with nose adding “uh” to the end). Made with a generous amount of malted wheat, gose is a sour, but not all sours are goses; the difference being is that salt is added in the fermentation process. The style originated in Goslar, Germany and is a top-fermenting, unfiltered wheat beer. Very refreshing and a change of pace from the typical sour.
